Powder coating is an environmentally friendly process, unlike two pack (automotive) paints which contain an array of different chemicals, the most prevalent being V.O.C (Volatile organic compounds) more commonly known as solvents or thinners. Powder coatings contain no solvents, therefore V.O.C problems are eliminated.

The performance characteristics of powder coating when applied to a correctly prepared surface, match and often exceed the longivity of conventional solvent (VOC) based coatings, without the environmental impact. Powder coating has become the preferred method of applying a decorative cosmetic coating on a countless array of products. Engineers, draftspersons and designers favor powder coating for its high quality durable finish. They recognize that powder coating is a relatively quick, efficicient and environmentally sound process which helps to reduce production time, therefore cutting costs, improving efficiency and complying with increasingly stringent (necessary in our opinion) environmental regulations.

Our company is committed to protecting the environment. This is why we also run our vehicles on bio- diesel, use recycled packaging whenever possible - e.g. old blankets, rags, carpet as opposed to bubble wrap, and engage in practices to reduce electricity and gas consumption.
